There's a chance that the producers of a certain brand of spiced rum might not look to this recipe as a showcase for their product, but sometimes cocktails don't always have to be sophisticated combinations of complementary flavours. Sometimes it's enough to be tasty and fun.

Don't need the sunshine

50ml Sailor Jerry spiced rum
3 dashes Fee Brother's Aztec Chocolate Bitters
100ml milk
5 scoops of vanilla ice cream

Blend it. Simple, really.
